WELCRON has expanded its personal protection portfolio with the launch of the WELGUARD Stab-Resistant Vest, developed using the company’s proprietary protective material technology.

 

 

The vest incorporates WIF (Welcron Inorganic Fabric), a stab-resistant material manufactured using WELCRON’s patented technology. WIF combines high-density aramid fabric with an inorganic particle surface treatment designed to reduce penetration risk while enabling a lightweight protective structure.

 

 

The WELGUARD Stab-Resistant Vest has undergone testing in accordance with NIJ stab-resistance performance requirements, demonstrating Level 1 protection for applications such as security and law-enforcement activities.

 

 

Designed for mobility and everyday operational use, the vest distributes weight across the upper body through a four-way banding structure and can be worn discreetly underneath outer clothing.
