Requirements Analysis
At the initial stage of the project, the required protection level, mission profile, and vehicle coverage are analyzed to define the optimal protection solution. Our engineering team reviews the operational requirements and recommends the most effective protection configuration, including alternative solutions where appropriate. This approach ensures a solution tailored to the customer's operational needs.
-

Tailored Design
Following customer approval, the protection system is engineered specifically for the designated vehicle platform and mission environment. A full-scale mock-up is developed to optimize armor fitment, installation, and protection coverage. The armor kit is designed for non-intrusive integration, maximizing protection performance without permanent modification to the vehicle structure.
-

Manufacturing
Following mock-up approval, the design is translated into digital templates and manufacturing drawings. Armor panels undergo performance verification by our R&D team before production. The panels are then precision-formed and machined according to the digital templates, with coating, painting, and sealing processes applied as required. The result is a fully integrated armor kit, ready for vehicle installation.
-

Installation
The completed armor kit is integrated into the designated vehicle. Each kit is custom-manufactured to match the vehicle geometry and installed with precision to ensure optimum fit, protection, and long-term reliability.
※ The shape and size of the protection kit may vary depending on the required level of protection and the threats the vehicle must counter.
