WELCRON is expanding its defense business beyond personal protection into advanced protection solutions for armored vehicles and naval applications.
According to an independent research report by Finlit, WELCRON has developed vehicle protection technologies based on STANAG standards and has established a supply track record with major Korean defense system manufacturers.
Building on its expertise in advanced composite materials and ballistic protection technologies, WELCRON is strengthening its capabilities in Vehicle Protection and Naval Protection, including add-on armor and customized protection solutions designed to meet specific operational requirements.
The company is also expanding its international defense activities. Its Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with PT Pindad, Indonesia’s state-owned defense company, represents an important step toward developing new opportunities in the Southeast Asian defense market.
